Samana Developers completes 100% structure with 60% sold of Samana Greens project


Samana Developers, a Dubai-based boutique real estate developer, today announced that the 100 per cent of the superstructure of its Dh75 million residential Samana Greens project has been completed, which reflects developer’s strong commitment to deliver it on time – Feb 2020.

 

The G+4 project broke ground in February 2018, fast-tracked the construction and in just year’s time the projects currently fast nearing the completion to be delivered on time. 

 

On schedule completion of superstructure has given a strong credibility to the developer in Dubai’s real estate market and 60 per cent sold.

 

Samana Greens – a freehold project – consists of 131 residential units comprising studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. Located close to the Miracle Gardens in Arjan area, Samana Greens will be easily accessible through two major expressways – Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road – and gives its residents easy access to the major attractions to the city of Dubai. Arjan is a new and growing neighbourhood located opposite to Dubai land - a mega entertainment complex.
