Damac Properties launches Skyview Levels at Golf Vita

Dubai-based developer Damac Properties launched Skyview Levels at Golf Vita residential tower, exclusive luxury apartments offering breath-taking views of the ‘Trump International Golf Club Dubai’.

Located within Damac Hills, the expansive 42-million square foot community, Skyview Levels at Golf Vita, provides panoramic views of parklands and green fairways of the international golf club, with well-appointed interiors, fully-equipped kitchens and access to the community’s world-class amenities. Available in one- and two-bedroom configurations, the contemporary apartments are situated at levels 17 to 26 within the tower and feature floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy scenic landscapes.

Skyview Levels at Golf Vita will go on sale on Wednesday, 11th October, from 5pm till 11pm at the Trump International Golf Club Dubai. Prices start at Dh576,000 with an attractive payment plan of only 1 percent per month after the initial deposit.

“We are pleased to offer ‘Skyview Levels’ at ‘Golf Vita’ which provides investors the opportunity to own a luxury apartment on a golf course and the ability to enjoy panoramic views,” said Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President, DAMAC Properties. “The exclusive units are surrounded by pristine rolling greens and fairways of a world-class international Golf course, and present real value-for-money at such an ideal location. Investors and end-users will enjoy a desirable location that was never before attainable at such a price and immediately enjoy the higher perceived value due to their location on a golf course.”

According to a study conducted by advisory firm KPMG in 2015, golf courses typically increase the valuation of adjacent real estate by up to 20 per cent when compared to similar real estate in a neighbourhood without the golf course component.

Apartments at Skyview Levels provide access to the superior amenities at Damac Hills including an 18-hole championship golf course and par three course, spa and wellness centre, world-class dining, shopping and entertainment options, schools and nurseries, as well as convenient services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, laundries and banks. Regarded as affordable luxury, investors can own an apartment by paying an initial deposit of 20 per cent plus DLD registration fees and Dh5,760 per month for 30 months, with the remainder due upon completion.
